No, guests don’t need to install the app.
The guide that you create with the app generates a web page that can be viewed over Internet. You just need to share the link with your guests.
Additionally, we recommend you print the QR code with guide link and put in a visible place inside your house or apartment. There is an option to share the QR code in the app, so this is very easy to do.
Absolutely! You can create up to 10 guides on our starter plan. If you need more than that, we recommend upgrading to enterprise plan which allows unlimited guides.
Yes! You can add up to 10 languages for a single guide.
In the app, you have the option to add language translations. Once you select a language, the app seamlessly translates the entire guide into that language, eliminating the need for manual input.
Please note that any new content can be added only in initial language you used to create the guide. This ensures consistency in all languages and saves you time. However, you can edit the translations yourself, if you feel a more personal touch is needed for certain items.
When your subscription expires, your guides will not be accessible. However, we will keep your guides stored for 30 days. After that your guides will be deleted from the system.
We will send you notification before the subscription renewal is due, and we will also send reminders to renew subscription during the 30-day grace period.
If you cancel the subscription, your guides will not be accessible. We will keep your guides stored for 30 days and remind you that you can activate them by renewing the subscription.
Yes. Just make sure you fill in the VAT ID and other company related information under your account settings.
If you are buying the subscription using our website, you will receive invoice in your e-mail as soon as payment is processed.
